HISTORY OF THE ORIENTAL DANCE:

Belly dance is the oldest form of exercise, the oldest dance of entire civilizations, it is a major way of expressing femininity for thousands of years. Its origins are lost in the mysteries of the ancient cultures of fertility. The remotest evidence of its existence come from the Middle East, North Africa and the ancient temples of India, since the pre-Christian period, with strong religious connotations and it is also an important part of the social life of those times. Before becoming an art form, belly dance was a way of communicating with the Mother Goddess. It is a dance with women for women. Danced by women they were demanding the blessing of the Goddess for a beautiful life, but especially for a slight rise. This dance is transmitted from woman to woman from generation to generation, so that the Arab families know all the women would dance. SIWA - is the dance of the Bedouin Arabs. At the border between Libya and Africa there is a Bedouin village called Siwa. Once upon a time it was considered to be the most inaccessible of all Egypt. Residents of Siwa have their own culture and their own traditions and speak the Berber language, different from Arabic. Most of the women wore traditional dresses and silver jewelry. Arabic name settlement "Wahet Siwa" sounds like '' oasis in the city ". The main emphasis is focused on Siwa dancing hip movements. A small number of professional dancers can perform this dance. Dabke - a Lebanese folk dance. It is the most important festival of ancient times until today. Dabke is generally danced by men, women or men and women.

TANNURA - this type of dance Tannura (Al Daraweesh) has a very special feature, because it relies on endless circle movements of the dancer. This movement of patrols is a reflection of a philosophical concept in Islam, Sufi rituals are known as Mulawa sect.
