Baby Ballet - The module is aimed for children aged between 3-5 years and is an introduction music on movement. Children will learn to develop the skills necessary for working in a dynamic group, to be active in listening, to have rhythm and to dance and follow instructions. Hours are structured in the form of games that appeal to the imagination, and exercise will consider strengthening muscles, motor development quality (jumping, walking, etc.), lengthening tendons and increase concentration and coordination.
Introductory Ballet 1 - This course is for children aged 6-8 years and represents the transition from the course for children to ballet classes academically structured, with increased levels of formal training, including exercises at the bar and coordinated movement. It emphasizes the outfit, position and behavior in classical ballet. The elements of creative movement exercises will be complemented by ground, jumping, lifting the demi-pointe, pirouettes and mobility exercises.
Introductory Ballet 2 - is aimed for children aged 9 to 14 years and include the following: Floor Exercises, bar diagonal exercises on the center of the hall, jumps, pirouettes, individual and group compositions, with a medium to high difficulty. At the end of this module, students will hold a wealth of information in the field of classical music and ballet history, will be able to use a specific professional vocabulary of ballet and dance and will have a good practice on key elements of dance and ballet. The courses focuses on both the correct body positioning, stretching muscles and gaining flexibility, and on learning the basics of classical ballet.
